With over 20 years of retail experience, Hayley has honed her expertise in sales management, communication, and customer experience within the luxury sector. Her extensive background makes her a valuable asset in the industry.

Hayley has spearheaded the definition and implementation of a new management and employee onboarding strategy, aimed at boosting employee engagement. She has also successfully launched an Omni-Channel initiative, enhancing customer access to products and driving increased company turnover.

A passionate and creative trainer, Hayley has designed and delivered fun, interactive, and experiential training courses, including blended learning programs. Her training focuses on a variety of methods and skills, with a strong emphasis on coaching.
