Hayley has over 20 years of retail experience focusing on sales management, the importance of communication and the customer experience within the luxury arena.
Hayley has defined and implemented a new management and employee onboarding strategy aimed at increasing employee engagement. She has also implemented and rolled out an Omni-Channel initiative allowing customers greater access to products and increasing company turnover.
Hayley has designed and delivered fun, interactive and experiential training courses including blended learning offering a variety of methods and skills with a strong emphasis on coaching.
These courses include “ delivering extraordinary customer service” Corporate induction programmes, performance management, appraisal and interview workshops to name a few.
